I wonder what it’s like to build a ski lift? Part of me kinda wants to build everything. Or at least understand how it was built. That ever happen to you? Where you have to literally stop what you doing in life to understand how something works? It happens to me more and more. I gotta know. It will hurt my brain until I get it. Thank goodness for Google and YT cause it’s out there for you to learn. Anything. I like learning. I love learning about building and I will build. And ski fast. I wanna ski fast.

That’s us! Still fun seeing Jovick written places. I’m always like hey. Oh yeah..... They gotta do that.

Well goes next to the pump house and the homestead all around that. Good mix of old and new and water and rust and cedar and metal and love and thought and power and excitement. Water is everything. Feeding multiple structures this little building is the heart of this rural property. I like it. But I really like how the doors are in the back. Why? That’s not normal? - You ask me. Well that’s why. Cause it’s always up in your face. For good reason, easy access. I get that. But sometimes you gotta think outside the box. How often do you really need access? Wouldn’t NOT looking at the doors be nice? With it? Answer - Yes. So do it already. Well do it again and again and again. Focus on what looks cool and how it’s better to look at cool things, when you can. It’s ok, you can like to look at cool and pretty and neat stuff. I do. Simple enough for you? Simple goals focus the mind. Mine needs focus.

Friday we were looking south into Northern California you can see the fires raging around Mt Shasta. Good luck, stay safe and THANK YOU to all the men and women fighting these fires. We are all so very grateful.

I appreciate the chance with @ariavent to have a little piece of art. A moment for people to double take the carpentry magic and think, damn. They pulled that off. And they did. Not me. The team. My place was to bring the product in, the team brought the concept home!! The 3” wide Madrone from @greenmtwood is the ideal match!! I’m in love with each one. Hard to pick my favorite.

Out of the shop with lots of little live for the #jovickgoblin. Yeah, my kids named her. She bad and drives like a race car! @dettmore101 gets me and why we like to pay cash for our work rigs. I love this little Toyota and have plans for her to get more and more rad. Never been, and don’t wanna be, a contractor in a lifted huge monster truck raptor thing. If you are, right on!! I like your truck BTW. That’s not me. I prefer to be under the radar and under promise and over deliver whenever possible. Not sure what it tells people when I pull up in this thing but I don’t really care. If they like it, they’re for me. If they don’t, they are not for me. It’s like a secret way to prequalify clients. Stay tuned for updated to my DD!!! I know you like it as much as me.

The #goldleafpainting is growing on me!! Maybe it’s cause how good it looks with the Madrone floors?? Maybe is cause it’s dope AF and I just didn’t know. It’s very possible. There’s a vast amount of things I have no idea about. Just ask my wife and kids, it’s a long list that never ends. Now....Now I know. It’s dope. #goldleaf is #goldleafart. All y’all that I tagged. We built this hot tub into the hardscape below this homes rear patio. Right off the primary bedroom. While on the patio it’s at seat height level. Easy entry and close proximity to the house makes for a well used spa. Spas won Covid. Also, apparently. Hot tubs are spas. #spatime #spadesign #spas
